After a move to Maryland, CJ was happy directing, filming, and editing thoughtful pieces for schools and nonprofits, but the 2016 presidential election moved her to create “Resisterhood,” a documentary about the power of women, hope, and resistance. “Resisterhood” has been honored with 14 festival awards and a 100% fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes. She is currently working on the feature length documentary, Rebranding Peace.
